Degree of compliance

These websites are partially in line with the Law on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies and the CARNET Guidelines for Ensuring Digital Accessibility, which have been reviewed and approved by the national umbrella associations of persons with disabilities.

Inaccessible content

The following is a list of inaccessible contents and the reasons for inaccessibility are given:

  • Navigating through and using digital content is not entirely possible by using only the keyboard to limit the Internet platform and the high cost of customization
  • The videos and buttons on them do not contain text descriptions and descriptions of functionality because they are imported from the YouTube platform
  • Some images and files do not have an appropriate text description (alt text)
  • .pdf files and individual pages open in a new window (tab) of the browser
  • some .pdf files contained in the publications were not entirely created by exporting from the source file from Microsoft Office Word with the choice of accessibility options, but by scanning printed documents, ie they are not accessible because they are not properly prepared for screen readers;
  • part of the links do not contain appropriate textual descriptions

OPG Dalibor Damičević will adjust these items gradually when the conditions are right.
